Upah harian digunakan rumus :

untuk tenaga kerja 6 hari kerja menggunakan rumus UMK dibagi 26 = upah harian.

sedangkan untuk menghitung upah lembur berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah yaitu : dibagi menjadi 2 penghitungan lembur dihari biasa dan penghitungan lembur dihari libur /libur resmi.

1. Penghitungan lembur di hari biasa yaitu : 
    - 1 jam pertama    adalah        1 1/2 x upah perjam
    - 2 jam berikutnya adalah        2 x upah perjam
    sehingga jumlah upah lembur adalah :

    hasil 1 jam pertama  + hasil 2 jam berikutnya = upah lembur


2. Penghitungan lembur pada hari libur yaitu :

    - 7 jam pertama adalah              2 x upah perjam
    - 1 jam setelah 7 jam adalah        3 x upah perjam
    - 2 jam sesudah tujuh jam adalah    4 x upah perjam
    sehingga jumlah upah lembur di hari libur adalah :

    hasil 7 jam pertama + hasil 1 jam sesudah 7 jam + hasil

 

    2jam sesudah 7 jam = upah lembur

SEDANGKAN UNTUK MENGHITUNG UPAH PERJAM ADALAH :
    1/173 X UMK = UPAH PERJAM
