Qualification:
Minimum a Diploma Holder or has Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
Has minimum 4 years experience in HR Management such as recruitment, industrial relations and employee development
Has sound understanding of Indonesian labor law
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with employees at all level effectively.
Computer literacy, fluent in spoken and written English
