-         4 or 5 star hotel experience(s) in similar position no 1 & 2

-         Excellent personality, well groomed and mannered

-         Preferably are fresh graduated from Tourism Hotel School and related background

-         Good English (written and spoken) and Japanese speaking will be an advantage
